We’ve talked about things that are too daunting. Overwhelming. We’ve talked about the “Imposter Syndrome”, talked about being “Too Busy” and now we’re talking about, “No One Wants to Hear This”. That’s another form of self-sabotage. It’s the first cousin of Imposter Syndrome, right?

“It’s not good enough. What I have to say is just not something that people want to hear”. It’s something that we need to work through as leaders, and I will tell you that leaders at every level deal with this crushing issue. Leaders at the most senior level, I’ve seen four-star commanders and business CEOs wrestle with their internal dialogue shutting them down with the thought, “No One Wants to Hear This”, and I’ve seen junior leaders and business startups and nonprofits wrestle with the same thing.

Join me by the fire-pit and let’s get beyond those crippling words, “No One Wants to Hear This”, and let’s get your ideas out to the world.

I’ll see you on the Rooftop,
